DOL Sot Bibimbap
Sizzling stone bowl. Seasonal vegetables, gochujang, a yolk cracked at the table.
A wildly creative kitchen at the edge of the mountains. We cook fat & lean world cuisine — handmade, by season, with reverence for what Alaska gives us.

A hand-built room of knotted pine, saffron lanterns and low booths. Come for a fireside two-top, a rowdy family table, or a private dinner in the back — the light is warmest at dusk.

Sizzling stone bowl. Seasonal vegetables, gochujang, a yolk cracked at the table.

Grass-fed cut, herb-butter, hand-cut frites, brandy peppercorn jus.

Salted caramel, toasted pecans, a crust that snaps under the fork.

Jack Sprat opened on the Olympic Mountain Loop with a rowdy notion: a menu that could be equally, unashamedly fat and lean. Steaks and curries. Cheesecake and cashew cream. Bibimbap and bouillabaisse — under one cedar ceiling.
Original chef and owner Jen Weits still writes the specials board most nights. The room fills. The mountains change color. The forest fairies — our word for the walk-up hosts — check you in with a smile.
Drink service begins at 4:00 pm. Open Mondays all summer. Reservations recommended — the room fills early on weekends.
Weddings, milestones, or a room of eight. Our sister shop MoHuCo — in the log cabin next door — is stocked for the home, heart and hound.
